The TDP-247 Series direct thermal label printers deliver exceptional speed and high-resolution printing, backed by the rugged and reliable design that defines the TSC printer family. These printers are ideal for a wide range of applications including product marking, shipping, retail, and more.
The series includes two high-speed models: the TDP-247 and TDP-345. The TDP-247 can print 4-inch wide, 203 dpi labels at speeds of up to 7 inches per second, while the TDP-345 offers high-resolution 300 dpi printing at speeds of up to 5 inches per second. Both models come standard with USB, parallel, and serial connectivity, and offer additional options such as an internal Ethernet interface for easy network integration, label cutters, and a keyboard for stand-alone or downtime label printing.
With their compact design, the TDP-247 series printers are perfect for spaces where larger printers would be too bulky. The user-friendly clamshell design allows for quick access—simply open the cover and load labels into the center-biased storage bay. Top-of-form sensing is adjustable and supports gap, black mark, or notch detection.
Powered by a 200 MHz processor, 4 MB of Flash memory, and 8 MB of SDRAM, the TDP-247 series also features an SD memory-expansion slot for increased Flash storage (up to 4 GB). Both models support a wide range of industry-standard emulations, including Eltron® and Zebra® printer languages, straight out of the box.
