The robust Zebra VC8300 vehicle terminal may be mounted into vehicles in no time. It also functions wonderfully as a stationary terminal. Its 8″ WXGA touch display with 1,000 nits is legible in nearly all lighting conditions. It may also be operated with gloves. The alphanumeric keyboard is exchangeable. Thanks to Zebra’s pre-installed Mobility DNA app all-touch TE, the VC8300 transforms text-based TE apps into interactive Android apps with a single click. Plus, it is backwards compatible: holders, accessories and apps from already existing Zebra vehicle computers may also be used with the VC8300.

The VC8300 vehicle computer is IP66-certified and offers an optionally available heater, perfect for working in cold storage. The vehicle terminal has interfaces for USB 3.0, USB 2.0 and RS232 COM (Ethernet is optional). Bluetooth 5.0 and WLAN (802.11 ac, MU-MIMO) ensure for quick data transfer. A 2.2 GHz Octa-core processor, 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of Flash provide excellent performance. Through service contracts, the VC8300 is supported by Zebra Mobility DNA for Android devices and LifeGuard for Android.
