Honeywell developed its Android mobile computer CN80 based on direct user feedback: although touch screens are becoming more commonplace today, keypads remain the more productive alternative in many sectors. Because of this, the CN80 is equipped with both a touch screen and a keypad (numeric or functional). Yet when it comes to robustness, it orients itself towards user needs: it withstands falls from 2.4 m and is protected against dust and moisture, according to IP65/IP67 standards. It therefore proves itself in dusty warehouses as much as in the humid outdoors and is optionally available with a display and scanner heater for usage in cold storage. Its extraordinary resilience is complemented by the equally extraordinary performance of a 2.2 GHz Qualcomm Octa-Core processor, as well as up to 4 GB RAM. The CN80 is also available with a short or long range (up to 15m) integrated 2D imager.
