With a built-in processor, web server and hub function, it not only works as a high-end POS printer, but also as a complete peripheral controller for additional printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, etc. The printing unit is based on the successful model TM-T88V and delivers peak performance on a daily basis. Epson ePOS technology also makes it an intelligent printer that supports driverless printing from any mobile device via a web application with an HTML5-compatible browser.

The TM-T88V-DT is ideal for converting to a pure web environment. It contains an Intel Atom processor with up to 1.8 GHz, 4 GB RAM, plus a 16 GB (optional 32 GB) SSD hard drive for back-ups of applications and databanks. It does not require a constant connection to a PC or POS system, thereby saving you both hardware and energy costs. Another advantage: even if the network connection is interrupted it continues to operate normally. Numerous interfaces ensure for easy integration into any POS.
