With its healthcare version of the versatile C series, Elo Touch Solutions has expanded its areas of application. This all-in-one PC has been perfectly attuned to the healthcare industry, packaged in elegant white. The manufacturer concentrated on the security measures. Proudly, all models in the CM series come with EN6060-1 and IPX1 certification, which are the prerequisites for indoor use of electrical equipment in hospitals and medical environments. They protect the PC against liquid drops and spills, allowing for uninterrupted operation in clinics or computerised doctors’ offices and treatment rooms. Daily cleaning and disinfection of the PC does not harm it, and this reduces the spread of germs.

The CM series is available in two sizes and with two processor configurations. You will find lots of space on the 48.3 cm (19”) monitor, whereby the larger 55.9 cm (22”) model provides for even more room for touch applications. Both come equipped with the most modern technologies: AccuTouch, IntelliTouch Plus and iTouch.
If high performance is a must, decide for the powerful Intel Core 2 Duo processor with 3.0 GHz. The economical configuration with 1.66 GHz Intel Atom Dual Core processor also guarantees reliable operation, plus is extremely quiet, thanks to its fanless operation. For additional performance, you can expand the standardly integrated 2 GB RAM optionally up to 4 GB. Should the need arise, the 160 GB hard drive is also expandable, thanks to the second slot, where you can also perform RAID configurations. It also comes with two integrated 2W speakers. The optional peripherals (magnetic card reader, fingerprint reader and webcam) further increase your flexibility, while allow the CM series to put its best foot forward as an information and self-registration terminal.

These all-in-one devices come with a multitude of interfaces. Upon request, the operating system (Windows 7 or POSReady 2009) comes pre-installed. An optional wall mount keeps placement options at a maximum.
