The all-in-one touchcomputers of the B series are the successors of the successful A series. Using a large number of peripheral devices, interfaces and equipment options, they individually adapt to every requirement. Not just the easy handling, but also the quick expansion in a few steps combined with the easy field serviceability are key benefits of the B series.

The different processor options guarantee powerful computing performance for every application: a fanless Intel Atom Dual-Core with 1.86 GHz is available (B2); with 2 GB RAM (max. up to 4 GB) and 320 GB hard drive space, it is delivers quiet, top performance for demanding environments. The model variants with Intel Core i3 and 3.3 GHz (B3) boast 4 GB RAM (max. up to 8 GB) plus 320 GB hard disk space standard. In contrast to the fanless version, these processors require cooling by fans. However, the housing concept integrates all hardware efficiently and, due to the intelligent service design, allows immediate tools-free access to hardware components.
With either a 38.1 cm (15”) or 43.2 cm (17”) touchscreen, the computer is available with open frame iTouch Plus technology for multi-touch applications, or with AccuTouch. The Zero-Bezel supports the elegant design by providing the displays with a completely seemless surface. Optional peripheral devices such as a magnetic card or fingerprint reader, customer display, speakers, webcam, etc. expand the input and display options and can be flexibly installed on either side of the monitor in the field. These upgrades fit into the seamless design, while increasing the range of integration possibilities.

Fast and simple installation is no problem with the numerous standard and optional interfaces. USB, RS232, Ethernet, Audio and VGA, as well as a cash drawer connector are already available from the factory; Wi-Fi, CF, 2nd VGA and a powered USB are available as well as an additional hard drive as an option. You have a choice of versions without an operating system, as well as versions with the pre-installed operating systems Windows XP Pro or Windows 7 Pro.
