What an optical delight: with both the 1517L and 1717L touchmonitors from Elo Touch Solutions, working just became fun. Both the design and presentation are excellent, plus you have your choice between three leading touchscreen technologies: AccuTouch (resistive), IntelliTouch and iTouch (surface acoustic wave), whose advantages show their full potential depending on the applications. Profit additionally from a seamless zero-bezel design, to enhance their elegant look, plus ensure for easy cleaning.

Enjoy a broad application area for the 1517L and 1717L. Thanks to their robust housing they are an excellent choice for point-of-sale and information points, as well as numerous other public use areas. At the same time they are also ideal at the checkout or in the back office. The standard aspect ratio of 4:3 (1517L) or 5:4 (1717L) provides a screen size large enough for a multitude of applications. Likewise, the monitors also score with absolutely precise input from the touch panel. The LED backlight saves energy without compromising on display quality.
For bright images, rely on a resolution of up to 1,280 x 1,024 pixels (1717L), a contrast rate of up to 800:1 and 16.7 million colors. The monitor adjustment control keys are located on the side of the monitor. If the monitor is being used in a public area these keys can be locked to prevent unauthorized access.

Both touchmonitors come in either black or white, to best fit optically into the working environment. There is also a practical removable stand for even more security – mount it easily to the countertop. The VESA-compatible mounting device for wall or pivot-arm options maximizes user flexibility. Integration of the touchmonitors is just as easy: a serial and USB (touch connection) and VGA port simplify the connection. For a larger operating area choose the optional magnetic stripe reader or rear-side customer display. All peripherals are easily fitted on-site, in the field.
