The Datalogic Joya Touch A6 is a reliable mobile terminal for retail and implementation in self-shopping centers. It is available in a handheld design or with an ergonomic pistol grip, depending on which area it is to be used in. The change from one version to another is very simple.

The integrated 2D imager reads all common 1D and 2D barcodes, as well as Digimarc watermark barcodes (with red background lighting). The Datalogic SoftSpot technology greatly simplifies scanning the patented Datalogic »Green Spot« technology offers a visual good scan confirmation. The Android OS is upgradeable and ensures for an intuitive, user-friendly experience. The Joya Touch A6 features 2 GB RAM, a 16 GB flash memory and a Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor with 1 GHz. For quick data transfer and good communication there is VoIP, WLAN 802.11 a/b/g/n (Cisco CCX v4-compatible), Bluetooth 4.0 and an NFC connection. The wireless charging station reduces maintenance and cleaning to a minimum, and increases the lifespan of the device.
Plus, even if the Joya Touch A6 is completely empty, it only needs 2 hours to fully recharge the battery. The charging stations are compatible with both the handheld and pistol grip versions of the Joya Touch A6, so that the devices only need to be switched off. Optionally available multi-charging devices (for desktop placement or wall mounting) help to organize for even more efficient usage cycles.
